13% BUYERS PREMIUM ON ALL ITEMS

Due to insurance and safety reasons, children under 12 cannot be admitted.

Canadian Buyers (Canadian residents): GST/PST

GST Canadian Good and Services Tax (GST) of 5% will be charged on applicable items.
GST registrants may be able to claim an Input Tax Credit for GST paid.

British Columbia Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 7% will be charged on applicable items. Goods arranged for export from BC by the buyer with a third-party carrier and accompanied with appropriate documentation will be refunded the PST. BC Businesses buying for Production or Resale may qualify for tax exemption with proper documentation

Notice to Foreign Buyers (Non-Canadian residents):

Canadian Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 12% (5% GST plus 7^% PST) will be added to the purchase price of all applicable items. Goods arranged for export from Canada by the buyer with a third-party carrier and accompanied with appropriate documentation will be refunded the HST.

PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by 5 PM, Tuesday, March 9^th.  Payment must be made by ONLINE credit card or wire transfer only, NO IN-PERSON PAYMENTS (due to Covid19).   After the auction closes & you receive your emailed invoice, please reply and we will charge your card on file.  To pay online go to murphyauction.com, click on the Online Bidding dropdown menu and go down to Make Payment.

REMOVAL:  Customers are responsible for removing their items from the auction site.  ALL ITEMS MUST be removed by no later than 4:00 pm, Monday, April 5^th. 

Removal hours: Between 8 AM – 4 PM, Monday - Friday.  NO WEEKEND REMOVAL.

All dismantling will be arranged though KIW.  KIW can supply shipping rates through their partners or can load a customer supplied truck.  
All equipment must be removed from the site by April 5th.
PREVIEW: All previewing needs to be pre-arranged ahead of preview date. No more than 6 people are allowed on the site at one time.
Each person must fill out the KIW Covid site visit policy within 48hrs of your visit and masks are mandatory.
