Our search function allows our customers to type in the specific and/or generic item they are looking for. Our website will tell you more details about the item searched for and the specific auction date and location for when it will be available for auction. Our search function is also a good resource to what items have sold for in the past when selecting Past Auctions within your search.

Preview allows potential bidders to view and inspect an item before the date of the auction. Please note that all items sold at auction are sold “as-is where-is”.
TERMS
Payment:
NO CASH, only credit cards and wires are accepted.
Cashier’s checks and checks will be accepted with prior approval
Payment terms:
Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfers, cashier’s check, visa and mastercard, other credit cards are accepted for online only auctions. Personal or company checks are only accepted with a bank letter of guarantee.
Removal:
Please note that removal terms and conditions vary per auction. For specific terms regarding removal, please go to http://www.murphyauction.com/auction/list, select “PREVIEW AUCTION” for the auction you are bidding on, click on “Terms & Conditions” for that auction. The removal terms are also on the first page of the auction catalog.
