Due to insurance and safety reasons, children under 12
cannot be admitted.
PAYMENT:
Full payment must be made by 5 PM, Wednesday, March 25th. CASH, CASHIERS CHECK, WIRE TRANSFER,
MASTERCARD OR VISA ONLY. After the auction
closes & you receive your emailed invoice, please reply and we will charge
your card on file. To pay online go to
murphyauction.com, click on the Online Bidding dropdown menu and go down to
Make Payment. Checks are accepted ONLY with Bank Letter of Guarantee.
REMOVAL:
Customers are responsible for removing
their items from the auction site. ALL
ITEMS MUST be removed by no later than 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 28th.
Removal
hours: Between 8 AM – 4 PM, Thursday & Friday, March 26th
& 27th and
8
AM – 2 PM, Saturday, March 28th. NO WEEKEND REMOVAL.
Persons picking up larger purchases (e.g., TVs, desks, multiple
computers or chairs), are encouraged to call 425.486.1249 for an
appointment. Appointments may be scheduled for Th-Sat, March 26-28 and
for Mon-Tu, March 30-31). Access to the premises will be restricted to
two large order movers at any one time.
WARRANTY

Is,” With All Faults and without any warranties as to merchantability of
fitness for a particular purpose. The
principal, the auctioneer, the advertising coordinator, and any of their agents
make no express or implied warranties of any type.

deemed reliable. Although every precaution
has been taken to ensure accuracy, the principal, the James G. Murphy Co., the
advertising coordinator, and all of their agents shall not be responsible for
any errors or omissions therein. It is
for this reason that we recommend that all items be thoroughly inspected prior
to the point of sale.
