Notice is hereby given pursuant to RCW 53.08.320 that the Port of Seattle is in possession of the following abandoned vessels and will be made without warranty of any type as to either title or condition:
1. S/V 28’ Ranger, “Solo”; Last known owner, Bob Bonney/Carol Pearl, Executor, P.O. Box 31328, Seattle, WA 98103 (Shilshole)
2. Land Storage, WFS-Y03; Last known owner, Airfresh Seafoods/Joe Stensgar, 2022 45th St. Court, Gig Harbor, WA 98335 (Fishermen’s)
3. 2 kayaks, KS-03 & KS-04; last know owner, Jeffery Brunello, 531 Bellevue Ave. E. Seattle, WA 98102 (Fishermen’s)
5. S/V 40’Sailboat “Hina”; Last known owner, Christine M. Ryan, St. Petersburg, FL 33713 (Shilshole)
6. S/V 41.6” Sailboat “Talara”; Last known owner, Christine M. Ryan, St. Petersburg, FL 33713 (Shilshole)
7. 1 Lot Miscellaneous Items, Lost and Found (Shilshole)
Removal of Property: Successful bidder must remove personal property within 72 hours of sale date unless other arrangements have been made.
Successful bidder assumes all costs and risks associated with the removal of the property.

This is an online only auction. All bidders must pre-register online thru the James G. Murphy website (http://murphyauction.com/).
All sold “AS IS, WHERE IS & WITH ALL FAULTS” (i.e. No Warranties). ADVANCE PREVIEW AVAILABLE AS SCHEDULED ONLY.
All sales are final; payment must be made at time of sale according to auction house requirements.
A 13% buyer’s premium will be charged to the buyer for all sales. [James G Murphy Inc.WAL#1960]
The Port has full authority to refuse registration or bidding to anyone deemed not in the best interest of the Port or its agents.
Minimum bids apply. Serious buyers must register to bid online in order to participate. Post-auction bids will not be considered.
Items must be promptly removed within 72 hours of sale date at buyer’s expense. Appointment required for completion of sale.
Status of abandonment will resume on day four (4) if not moved or removed and purchase price is forfeited.
No Boat Moorage/Storage guaranteed at the Port of Seattle.
*All vessels located on Port property must be claimed by Registered/Legal owner no later than 12:00 Noon on May 15, 2019 with full payment for all charges owed against the account to prevent sale. All unclaimed sold at auction without representations and warranties.
