2. Registering for a Specific Auction
- Each auction requires a separate registration.
- Read and accept the auction-specific terms & conditions. If you attempt to bid on an item and have not registered for that auction, a window will pop up after you hit bid, prompting you to agree to the terms & conditions.
- You will need to have a valid credit card on file. When you add a new card, a $1.00 pre-authorization charge will be placed on your credit card and released within 5 business days.
3. How Bidding Works
- Auctions are timed with a staggered & soft close.
Staggered Close: a lot closes every 20-45 seconds, not all at once. The staggered time varies per auction, please see the Bidding Notice for auction-specific staggered times.
Soft Close: If there are any bids within the last 2 minutes the bidding will be extended for 2 more minutes.
- You can place a current bid or set a maximum bid and the computer will auto bid for you (the highest amount you're willing to pay).
- Your maximum bid remains hidden until exceeded. You can place a maximum bid and the computer will auto-bid (in bid increments) for you. If an item closes and it has not exceeded your maximum bid, you get the item at the price it closes at. Once the bid amount reaches your maximum bid, it will show that amount and if someone out bids you, you will have to place a new one-time bid or you can place a new maximum bid.
- Outbid notifications will be sent via email if you opt-in.
- No absentee bids via phone or email—bidding must be done through the platform.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No cancellations allowed. We CANNOT RETRACT BIDS.

"The service we received went far beyond the contract. You not only handled the logistics, repairs, cleaning, painting, but you also dealt with the finance and leasing companies. I certainly feel that we made the right decision in selecting your company to auction our surplus equipment." -Scott Talerico, Talerico Construction
