PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE PORT OF SEATTLE

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Seattle will sell at public auction the highest and best bidder for CASH, the following items for non-payment of charges. the sale is made pursuant to Revised Code of Washington 53.08.320 and will be made without warranty of any type as to either title or condition.

 

All items unpaid charges must be paid in CASH before 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 otherwise the items will be sold at public auction on the date mentioned.  The auction will be held at Fishermen's Terminal located at 1735 W. Thurman, Seattle.

 
The Port of Seattle is in possession of the following property:

5.       1 Lot abandoned paddled board and sails, Owner Unknown

6.       1 Lot Miscellaneous Lost and Found, Owner/s Unknown

Method of Payment:  Payment in full at time of sale.  Payment must be in the form of cash or cashiers check ONLY.

Removal of Property:  Successful bidder must remove personal property within 24 hours of sale date unless other arrangements have been made.

Successful bidder assumes all risks associated with the removal of the property.
