On-SiteBuyers Premium of 10% will be charged on all
successful bids.
An
OnlineBuyers Premium of 13% will be charged on all
successful bids.
PAYMENT:
Full payment must be made by the close of business, auction day.
Cash,
cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only.Personal
or
company
checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
Absentee
bids accepted with 25% deposit
REMOVAL:
No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise
announced
by the auctioneer. All items must be removed between 8am &
4pm,
Thursday & Friday, December 6 & 7.
Announcements
made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence
over
printed matter.
Auctioneer
reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a
separate
and/or aggregate basis.
WARRANTY
DISCLAIMER ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are being
sold
As Is, Where Is, with all faults and without any warranties as to
merchantability
of fitness for a particular purpose. The principal, the
auctioneer,
the advertising coordinator, and any of their agents make no
express
or implied warranties of any type.
